The HSBC Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 will take place at 10:00 AM on Friday, 8 May 2026, at the InterContinental London O2
The Midland Clawback Campaign is calling on all members to join us inside the room for the HSBC Annual General Meeting on Friday, 8 May. Our focus this year is on a strong physical presence during the meeting itself, as being inside allows us to challenge the “State Deduction” policy directly through formal questions and votes.
Attend in Person—Even if You Aren’t a Direct Shareholder
We have established a process that allows members to attend the AGM in person by being appointed as a proxy. This ensures you can participate in the meeting alongside the campaign committee.
- How to Arrange Attendance: Contact Steve Bradbury directly Click on button below and email Steve your details. Steve is coordinating proxy arrangements and can help ensure you are officially registered to attend.
- ID Requirement: If you are attending as an appointed proxy, please remember you must bring valid photo ID to the venue (InterContinental London O2) to be granted entry.
- Deadline: Proxy registrations must be completed by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, 6 May 2026.
By filling the room, we send a powerful message to the board that the campaign for pension justice is more determined than ever.
I know some of you may be concerned about coming by yourself but please don’t let that put you off. You will be with a fantastic group of friends and you will receive a very warm welcome!

For those of us that have supportive MPs, you could invite them, or their researchers, to the AGM. If they accept then we need to know and Steve Bradbury will get them into the meeting via Proxy.
