The AGM gets ever closer, and the committee are delighted with your response so far to OUR CALL TO ARMS, but we always need more! We are keen to make sure all campaigners that are attending and also wish to gain access to the AGM fully understand what is required on the day.

Some of you have opted to be there and stay outside of the venue, others wish to come inside. Here’s what’s required:

Registered shareholders who are sent a proxy form:

You need to BRING the Attendance Form (this is on the top section of the proxy form) AND FULL PHOTOGRAPHIC ID or alternatively you can just tell the registration desk your full name, which Computershare will verify by asking for other details that they have on the register AND FULL PHOTOGTAPHIC ID.

INVEST DIRECT Shareholders:

If your shares are with INVEST DIRECT then you MUST have the letter that you have received confirming your holding. Bring this AND FULL PHOTOGRAPHIC ID.

There is still time to contact Invest Direct and order the required letter.

There is still time for any of you who are non-shareholders and who would like to gain access to the AGM to do so. This is YOUR OPPORTUNITY to tell THE HSBC BOARD what a disgrace they are, by denying pensioners a few pounds whilst trying to increase the lining of their own pockets.

REMEMBER NOEL QUINN has received a 96.1% INCREASE this year from £5.6 million to £10.5 million and yet they are asking shareholders to vote FOR removing the CAP on BANKERS BONUSES.

At the same time, they are asking shareholders to vote AGAINST OUR RESOLUTION 17.
